My journey began over 25 years ago, when I started my own business . I was very green and had my eyes opened very quickly to what it actually took to run a successful business; early mornings, late nights, working weekends... I literally learnt the hard way .

I've had successes and failures in business, and I really believe that a business coach or mentor cannot truly understand what it takes to run a business unless they have done so themselves .

Running a business is not for the faint hearted. With a ton of responsibilities comes overwhelm and mistakes are easily made. Those mistakes can lead to failure, which in turn can lead to more panicked mistakes. It takes grit to push through and push forward. Those mistakes are the most valuable when it comes to business success. It is at the point of despair that we learn the resilience we have, how to do things better and how to replace working hard with working smart. The opposite to failure is success. That's the purpose of the failure...to guide us on the path to success...to teach us what not to do so that we know what to do instead, to succeed!!!

After spending years of working in different industries, I believe I have the skills and what it takes to help and advise new start up businesses, and businesses which are already trading, from Sole Traders to Limited Companies .
